Pride Update
The lions of Daunara have been keeping us wonderfully busy this month. Two different prides have been moving through the concession, each with cubs in tow and no shortage of personality. From tiny faces peering out of riverine thickets to relaxed adults stretched across sun-warmed floodplains, the sightings have carried that rare mix of drama and softness the Delta does so well. Whether roaring at dusk or quietly shadowing the channels, the local lions have offered guests an intimate glimpse into family life in the wild — the kind of encounters that linger long after you’ve left camp.
